Our CNC Router allows us to cut Perspex, Polycarbonate & Wood to any shape and size to suit the customers requirements using drawing files such as AutoCad.

Laser Engraving / Cutting

Our laser can cut intricate pieces and engrave fine detail including small font sizes. When cutting Perspex, the laser will leave a polished edge which will need no further finishing.

Museum Grade Display Cases

At XG Plastics, we pride ourselves on our mitred, ‘museum grade’ showcases. Working with Artists, Model Makers, Sculptors and Museum Exhibition Designers our Display cases can be found in many famous Galleries and Museums all over the country.

Polishing

We now offer a diamond polishing service where we can achieve a high gloss polished edge on the Acrylic / Perspex. We also offer a hand polishing, mop polishing and flame polishing service.

Sheets cut to size

We are able to supply sheets cut to size, to a maximum of 3m x 2m. Smaller pieces, depending on stock at the time, can be cut while you wait. The edges of the Perspex can be finished and polished if this is something you require for your project.

Some of the many materials we supply are: Acrylic (Perspex), Polycarbonate, Foam PVC (Foamex), Aluminium Composite and many more.
